Short: My almost Symp96 compo XM Author: aronchce@sp.zrz.tu-berlin.de Uploader: aronchce sp zrz tu-berlin de Type: mods/airon Architecture: generic 'Runtime' a new XM by AiRoN / MaTriX Release Date : 6th April 1996 1:35 am CET Aminet Release date: 23rd April 1996 Hi ladies and lads. I hope you like this shorty as I made this my first 'one-day' song. A dance tune it is so enjoy it and yak at me for not making more of it :). Skip the RAMBLE part if you're short of time already. 'RAMBLE' part: Geez , I missed the deadline for the Multichannel compo at the Symposium96! Well not yet realy but I'm in Berlin right now and it's six hours and 24 minutes to the deadline and I don't have a car :(. The party's in Hamburg you know and even if the trains went there now there'd be no bus to get me to the party place and maybe no S-Bahn(city train) either to get me to the BUS ! Why such a stupid deadline. I didn't know of it untill 7 hours ago. Oh well. This song'll probably be released soem other place and I might even NOT go to the Symposium yet(Sharon says it's group priority but there's something on my mind. End of 'RAMBLE' part. For anyone wanting to contact me , my email address is : aronchce@sp.zrz.tu-berlin.de (Anthony Oetzmann) The sample credits are : Lots of people and myself created the samples in this one. Most come from my collection on my Amiga. That is where I keep all my good stuff :). 'Everybody get off' was sampled from a Prince&NPG song. The piano comes from 'Boesendorfer ...' by Romeo Knight(Knechter:) The String(#22) was sampled from my Roland JV-1080 along with the Crash sound. The snare I think is by Dens Design.Dunno where I found the exellent techno waves(#4,5..). They're great,eh. THe drum loop was sampled with my 8bit sampler on the Amiga from a 'Goldie' CD(it's dope man) and processed(compressed&ed)with SfxV3.31(Amiga-20$ for 57 pro-effects:) eat yer heart out PC freaks). The 'Alien Atmosphere' sound is ripped from the Amiga game 'Warhead'. The organ was taken from a song by Necros. I'd like to know where that singing voice comes from. Anyone ? That's it from me today. Thanks for listening in and be shure to watch out for more aural delights in the future. :) Cheerio from an English guy Tony (AiRoN and possibly an ex-MaTriX member if I don't haul my ass to the Symposium tomorrow morning :D)
