Mapstool needs MUI 3.3

Install the included MCC_Texfield MUI Extension first,
and read the Manual.

MapsTool uses the MUI online Help System.

 + gup handling
 + uses Karl Belves Textfield Extension wich allows
   to edit Text directly in the List.
 + Ballance Object between the 2 Lists included.
