O-Ed is a comfortable Editor for use via StdIO, therefor usable in nearly
every modern BBS. It features:

- directory displays (user must have at least level 9)
- reload of file
- open new file (user must have at least level 9)
- file inclusion (user must have at least level 9)
- lines may be longer than 78 chars (jump scroll)
- easy to use and to learn
- FAST

- now supporting BACKSPACE

- former version on AmiNet was broken - codes were mixed up.
