This is the latest version of my utility to read DLG "one time only"bulletins.
It fixes the "Error 20" bug in v1.01 (sorry, I was lookingfor the config file in
the wrong place).This program locates all currently available bulletins, puts
them in amenu and allows the user to select one for reading. User preferences
forANSI, wordwrap, etc. are respected.
