MAJOR BUG FIX FOR 1.6!
  1.6 had file missing due to archiver fault.

  Install script for MetaTool 40.5, uses several archives (see above).

  Installs all files/enviroment varibles, and allows for these
  configurations:

  TCP Online: uses Getmail3 and SMTPpost
  TCP Offline: uses Getmail3, SMTPpost and SMTPd
  UUCP:  uses a UUCP sendmail/getmail program of your choice.
