This program can display and/or update the AWeb cache register (the AWCR file
located in AWeb's cache directory).  AwcrMAN currently supports AWCR used in
AWeb 1.6/2.1 and 3.0.  It can display content (all or just URLs) and convert
the 1.6/2.1 format to 3.0 one to allow usage of an AWeb 1.6/2.1 cache with
AWeb 3.0.
