'StandardRaise 2' was released at a local small party in Sweden,
therefore the lack of quality. But if you like 2d effects, this
could be a good one :)

With datacache turned on the effects will run smoothly, but the
ham8 routines will flicker (our ham8-c2p isnt't 100% tuned yet). The
solution to avoid the flickering is to turn off the datacache, but
then all the other effects will lose speed. Dilemma? :)
