Clipper is an AMOS utility designed to take the burden out of creating
icon/bob banks. Using its intuition style interface you can easily 'clip'
icons/bobs from lowres/hires/laced ILBM screens, either by hand or using
automated functions. It also provides a variety of tools to help manage
icon/bob banks.
