NOTE:     Now you can backup your HD's RDB without any problem!
RDBArc version down to 1.7 is 2 in 1: If you have no MUI, it will
run as gadtools program. It also properly handles RDBs which are
written to non 0 blocks (please read the documentation carefully to
check for the problems in that topic).

FEATURES: o MUI and GUI if there's no MUI
          o prints some information about HD and partitions

FIXES TO 1.8:

          o RDBPOSITION tooltype can be saved now.
          o Does not need locale.library to work properly
          o Tooltypes may use the TRUE value instead of YES
