MemUtil consists of four programs:

ClearMem - a program to set certain memory areas to the value ZERO
MemSpeed - a program to measure the read/write speed of cached/uncached memory
MemTest  - a program to test certain memory areas for proper operation
NoMem    - a program to allocate certain memory areas making them
            unavailable to other programs (like NoFastMem)
