A long time ago I compiled this program on my 010 Amiga (it took a lot of time
to
compile with -O3 swicth), since I couldn't find any mpeg player which would work
on
anything lower than 68020 (yep, it was still exciting to see a slow slideshow of
mpeg
playback on my 010 Amiga).

Installing PatchWPA8 from the Aminet, which seems to work on CPU 68000 as well, 
should speedup a bit the playback.
