Greetings to Amiga community and to Aminet guys!

Well, I wrote a simple utility (P2AG) to convert the
description document of "Prosite" database in a
helpful AmigaGuide hypertext.

Simply ...

  1) Be sure to have enough free HD space (3.3 Mb!).
     Prosite.doc is over 1.6Mb and you need other 1.6Mb
     for splitting this big doc in over 700 files.
     Splitting allows browsing the database without
     loading the whole file in memory (!).

  2) Type: "p2ag prosite.doc"

  NB) P2AG splits the doc in over 700 files.
      The splitted files must be kept in a sub-directory
      called "data" for correct database references.

Prosite is a powerful protein patterns database and
when I'll have time enough, I shall code something
workin' with it, that's a protein and genetic sequences
analyser.

PS) If you have suggestions, routines, ideas, experience etc.
    in molecular biology & genetics, feel free to contact me!
    I'm looking for new features needed by a sequences
    analyser and for help too :)
