This one has been submitted by Georg Wiora, the author of
the 'troepfel' program available as misc/sci/troepfel.lha
and /PPCtroepfel.lha.

It utilizes an (unknown) algorithm by Solon Luigi Lutz
for (fast) calculation of PI to many digits.

Just ported the source to Amiga 68k and PPC with SAS/C for PPC,
sourcecode and makefile included in this archive.
