An Atmospheric module in OctaMED Soundstudio format.  This is
my first attempt using OctaMED soundstudio and the near capabilities
it brings.  Its not my usual Techno Style, its just a pleasent catchy
tune compiled in an hour so I could test out OctaMED Soundstudio :)
