Another early module of mine ...

I was cruising AmiNet one night, downloading mods, and I came across this
nice, short little module by David Marchavet (aka Diesel), called
"With The Wind" ... I liked the brief motif he did, but I thought it needed
more.  So I did a sort of an extended version of it.
