Well, not much to say. Allows you to freehand edit a 256 bytes RAW 8SVX
sample. LMB edits, RMB clears. You can load and save. You can use digital
filter processing to smooth things out and some nice preset waveforms are
also available. You can listen and edit simultaineously.

Instructions are provided when running the program. OS friendly (to be an
AMOSPro program anyway). Switch between WaveEditor and WB with 'LAmiga+A'.
Quick quit with 'Ctrl+C' or simply by pressing 'q'.

The development was made so fast that I didn't have time to write any
history -sorry. Bug free and runs very stable though.
