This program will copy the SMPTE stamp from a file and put it in all
Regions inside the file. You can then have Regions automatically placed
in the Cuelist at SMPTE position like the main file.

Region start position is not calculated relative to SMPTE offset yet. Let
me know if you need this.

	USAGE:  S16StampRegions <Studio16file>
