A new def_TransferAnimation for IBrowse(32 colors). Well it's bigger, but It
looks
cool. I also included a 16 color version, which is smaller(in bytes). It
still looks ok. And a def_TransferAnimationNM is added, as well.

This was done mainly in ImageFX 2.6, With the new multiple bolts, lightning
generator. Way Cool!
