This is a system friendly utility that will take a file and send it
directly to the printer, via the printer.device but without any translation.
It is useful to dump the output of CMD back to a printer without it getting
mangled by the printer drivers. 

Is more system friendly than a copy <file> par: as it allows you to access
printers that might not be on the standard par:/ser: interface, or ports for
which there are no DOS handlers.

Tested with the updated/enhanced verion of printer.device 42.50 (16/01/95)
