ASM-source with Dutch/English remarks for the Epson Stylus300 printerdriver.

This source is partially a decoded printerdriver and therefore very unclean.

WARNING: There are different _incompatable_ types of the Epson Stylus300!!!

Notes:
- this is a black and white printerdriver, however the code contains colour
support.
- this printerdriver uses old style Epson codes, with support of a lot of
resolutions and all amiga characters.
