Closes the Workbench screen in order to save memory.  Designed
to be used in cobination with other utilities, such as Steve
Lemieux's AutoPubScreen which use public screens.  A commodity
such as KCommodity can then have a hotkey which opens CLI's
on public screens.  The S:Shell-Startup can call CloseWorkBench
so that only one screen is open at a time, and each can have
different colours / resolutions.  This allows use of 8+ colour
interlaced Workbench screens, and 4 colour non-interlaced CLI
windows.
