A simple program to insert/remove ctrl-m characters from text files.

It's actually the first C program that I've written which does something 
vaguely useful. I've included the C source (don't laugh at it ;-)
The code should compile OK on other platforms with no modifications.
It compiles fine in GCC under Un*x.
If you want to compile it under MS-DOS, be careful of 8.3 filenames!
