NEW: Added DopJoinAsync version.

These programs work with DirectoryOpus 4.xx and OS 2.x or better.

There are two versions, DopJoin works with DOS I/O and
DopJoinAsync uses asyncio.library I/O. DopJoinAsync is ~20% faster.

  DopJoinAsync:

                   V39.2 or better.
