Long:  This program simply executes flushes all unused libraries out of ram
every couple of seconds and
       deletes all unlocked files in RAM: (optionally)

Usage:

	Run >NIL: flush SECONDS/N,RAM/S,QUIET/S

Explination:

SECONDS - How many seconds between the flushes and optional deletions
RAM     - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - If this is enabled, flush will delete all files
in RAM: at the same
          interval as the flushes
QUIET   - Tells flush not to print a usage message
