Welcome to the latest release of LoTo99, it's a good quality
and rather popular lottery number generator and checker that
is presented in a small, compact and well designed GUI.

LoTo99 is particularly useful for checking small syndicates
quickly and printing the results as proof.

This version's additions:

o GUI ~25% smaller
o It remembers the last selected lottery type
o It remembers the screen location when last quit
