This version fixes the number generation for Thunderball problem.

Description:

Welcome to the latest release of LoTo99, it's a good quality
and rather popular lottery number generator and checker that
is presented in a small, compact and well designed GUI.

LoTo99 is particularly useful for checking small syndicates
quickly and printing the results as proof.

This version now supports:

o Saturday National lottery draw
o Wednesday National lottery draw
o The new Thunderball game
o Also has some functional enhancements

The source for LoTo98 can be found in dev/basic, this version
has been totally rewritten, the source for LoTo99 will be
available in 2000.
