Displays the current date in the format of the Discordian calendar.  The command
supports several formatting options, and can convert any date which is passed to
it.

I just happened to find this little thing compiled for DOS whilst I was
wandering around the WWW, and decided that the Amiga community needed an
injection of Discord.
