Patches "frameiclass" and "sysiclass" of OS3.0 or better to
improve the look of gadgets in 1:1 resolution screens.

New features (0.3):
	o Patches cycle image of a cycle gadget to an arrow
	  (looks better when used with CycleToMenu)

	o Selectable back fill colour for gadgets

	o More configurable
