patches the toolmanager.library to remove the borders around images.

NOTE: its strictly forbidden to spread the patched library, patched
libraries are only for private usage!!

how to use this patch:

first you need ToolManager3.1, the lib must be 30904 bytes long.

first start the shell and then this patch.

if all runs well you will get a success message and you have to copy the patched
lib in ram to libs:

reset your computer and now all should run well.

NOTE: the borders should gone, its not possible to add a switch to enable them
again

NOTE: its recommended to use images with the same size to remove although spaces
between items

NOTE: don't spread patched toolmanager.library
