A WB colour cycler in the style of WBPal, but considerably more configurable.

New in V2.0:-

-	Each RGB component is independantly configurable.
-	Cleaned up the commodities interface.
-	Fixed a bug which appeared if multiple copies were run.
-	Cleaned up the code.
